At the end of last year my fellow authors and I released a trilogy of Fantasy/Steampunk books: The Summer Realm Trilogy. I’ve been really ill since February, and I haven’t posted much over the last three or four years due to difficult times. I’m preparing several posts about my health, but each post is taking weeks to put together since I am unable to use my hands and arms very well right now. But enough about that, this is about the series of Summer Realm books which we put our heart and soul into, and lost the man responsible for writing Cleaveskull, in the stories, last December. These books mean the world to myself (Wren), Miranda Kate (Tricky), Victoria Pearson (Ash), and Michael Wombat’s family.

We put two years into writing these books, and we know it helped Michael spend a little extra time with his family, friends, and with us, as he wrote at the same time as fighting his own battle with cancer.
